SDC as an employer

With a staff of 500 at its Berne headquarters and 120 in partner countries, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is Switzerland's biggest employer in the international cooperation sector. In addition, more than 1,000 local employees work for the SDC, and about 100 experts for the Swiss Humanitarian Aid Unit (SHA).
