Specialists are used in SDC-backed projects abroad who for a limited time act as advisors as well as "providers of knowledge" within a joint cooperation project. Project managers are responsible for creating, expanding, carrying out and concluding a project. They bear special responsibility for fostering contacts with the local community, respectively with individual groups, on such matters as the ongoing analysis of needs and problems as well as the recruitment and management of the local staff.
Requirements:
- Extensive higher (usually university) education
- Many years of professional experience
- Many years of field experience
- Leadership and management skills, enthusiasm, intercultural skills, planning abilities
- Very good knowledge of languages
